35% active cationic emulsion of amino-functional polydimethyl-siloxanes, which enhances the performance characteristics of shampoos, rinses and hair colors. It can also be used for industrial applications, particularly car waxes. It demonstrates excellent dilution and solution compatibility because of its very small particle size in the range of 0.5 micron. The product also demonstrates outstanding reactivity and ease of formulation.
