Description: Highly bioactive, deeply skin penetrating peptide (palmitoyl tripeptide-5) able to activate tissue growth factor (TGF-beta) that stimulates collagen synthesis in the skin. Contains glycerin. Clear liquid, no odor. Easily water-soluble. The peptide content is 900-1300 ppm (approx. 1g peptide/1kg solution). In-vitro tests showed that tripeptide has better collagen building capacity than TGF-beta. CAS# 623172-56-5, 56-81-5.

INCI Name: Palmitoyl tripeptide-5, glycerin.

Properties: Potent stimulation of collagen synthesis in the skin, actively irons out any type of wrinkle, good skin firming & moisturizing properties, able to repair stretch marks, clinically proven to be effective & safe (study with 60 volunteers showed 350% wrinkle reduction after 84 days treatment). Good alternate to collagen injections, used in lip products to help stimulate collagen synthesis.

Use: Add as is at the end of formulas, use level: 1 - 3%.

Application: Anti-aging & anti-wrinkle products, pre/after sun lotions, hydrating skin care treatments, lip products, eye wrinkle treatment.
