Contents: Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Cetyl Stearyl Alcohol, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Beeswax, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Lipids, Lauryl Laurate, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Vitamin E Tocopherol. 3.8oz/110g of the base give about 20-25 lipsticks.

Instructions for Making 3 Lipsticks: add 12.5g (2 1/2 tsp) of the base to a disinfected glass jar. Melt the base in a hot water bath (max.150F/66C). Add pigments (14% of 12.5g = ¾ - 1 tsp) to achieve desired color & stir. Pour mixture into a mold (grease first with oil). Let lipstick harden. Remove lipstick from the mold & stick it carefully into a lipstick holder. See also picture series.

Appearance: yellowish solid paste, faint odor.

Properties: Natural lipstick/balm base with natural waxes and plant oils.The finished lipstick/balm has excellent protecting and moisturizing properties.

Applications: For making lipsticks, lip balms (as sticks or pastes), solid lip glosses. Shelf life ~9-12months when protected from light and stored in the refrigerator.
