Properties: High-quality extra fine color dispersion providing superior color purity & saturation, can be easily incorporated into various color cosmetics.

Use: Use level 0.1 - 20%. Can be tinted with oil-dispersed titanium dioxide to create lighter shades or other oil-dispersed colors.

Application: Decorative cosmetic products including lipsticks, lip liners, lip gloss, nail lacquers & face makeups (in USA prohibited for eye makeups), personal care products, soaps.
