Domestic Shipping

Within the US we offer various shipping options with FedEx and USPS (United Postal Service). If you choose FedEx please provide us your full shipping address as FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders above $500 will require signature confirmation. Packages can be tracked on-line.

Insurance can be added at buyer expense. USPS Express Mail indemnity coverage of $100 automatically included. Coverage up to $5,000 is available also for USPS Priority Mail; ask us for insurance prices. For all orders there is a handling fee of $3.

Express Services: Please communicate with us if you place an order and need to have it shipped the same day, as we usually have a tournaround time of 1-3 business days. We do not ship Saturdays and Sundays.

With USPS we offer First Class Mail and Priority Mail.

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL: Delivery in 3-5 days (not guaranteed); packages up to 13 oz; tracking; extra services include insurance (up to $5,000 indemnity coverage), delivery confirmation, and signature confirmation.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL: Delivery in 2-4 days (not guaranteed), packages up to 70 lbs; tracking; extra services include insurance (up to $5,000 indemnity coverage), delivery confirmation, and signature confirmation.

With FedEx we offer four different shipping options (for details see below). If you like to have your order shipped with FedEx notify us by providing us your FedEx account number either in the "shipping instructions" field on the checkout page or by sending us an email.

FEDEX GROUND / HOME DELIVERY: Delivery in 1-5 business days within contiguous US (3-7 days for Alaska and Hawaii); different rates for delivery to a residential or business address; no delivery to PO boxes; packages up to 150 lbs (70 lbs to residential addresses); tracking; extra services include signature confirmation. Please provide your FedEx account number in the "Shipping Instructions" below if you want to have it shipped on your account. Prepaid shipping cost will be refunded. If you want Saturday delivery please contact us. There is an extra charge by FedEx.

FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER: Delivery to businesses by 4:30 pm and to residences by 7 pm in 3 business days; available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii; packages up to 150 lbs; tracking; extra services include signature confirmation, hold at FedEx location. Please provide your FedEx account number in the "Shipping Instructions" below if you want to have it shipped on your account. Prepaid shipping cost will be refunded.
