Description: Very versatile natural wax gel (mixture of oils and waxes), can be used for making lip glosses but also as a natural emollient in creams and lotions. Adds viscosity to the formulation. CAS# 8001-79-4, 8012-89-3, 8015-86-9.

INCI Name: Ricinus Communis (castor) seed oil (and) hydrogenated castor oil (and) beeswax (and) copernicia cerifera (carnauba) wax.

Properties: Excellent viscosity enhancer & emollient for lip gloss (in tubes & vials). Can be diluted further if needed to be less viscous. Adds also emolliency and viscosity to lotions & creams.

Use: Add to oil phase of formulation. For lip glosses: warm together with pigments and pour into lip gloss tube. Use as is 100% or 1-20% in cream /ointment formulations.

Applications: Creams, lotions, pomades, lip gloss protective creams, makeup products.
