Description: Instant-cold-emulsion powder made of emulsifiers & sodium polyacrylate. Can be added to water forming instant thick creams. No heating required, saves time. Heat sensitive ingredients such as actives are safe and can be added easily. Compatible with many oils. CAS# 57-11-4, 68439-49-6, 67762-27-0, 600-07-7.

INCI Name: Stearic acid, ceteareth-20, cetearyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate.

Properties: Mixture to create easily stable creams using no emulsifiers and no heating. Gives creams in no time, reduces the manufacturing process significantly. Needs just to be added to cold or warm/hot water.

Use: Before adding ICE Blend to water, neutralize water with TEA (triethanolamine) to pH >7 (because of stearic acid in blend), then add 5-10% of ICE Blend to water and mix (hand-held mixer) until thick & smooth, then add oils, actives and fragrance. For external use only. We found that it works in cold water however warm or even hot water will result in a smoother texture.
