A blend of Sodium Isostearoyl Lactylate (85 parts) with Propylene Glycol (15 parts). It imparts excellent feel to detergent and emulsion systems. It is also substantive to skin and hair and is hygroscopic. The blending with 15 parts of propylene glycol results in a less viscous, more easy to handle in product raw material.
