  Method
Mix phase A into a glass beaker and heat to 150oF/66oC. Add phase B to phase A and stir. Remove from the heat. Add phase C into another glass beaker and heat to 165F/74 until the ascorbyl palmitate is melted. Remove from the heat. Add phase D to phase C and stir well. Add phase C/D to phase A/B and stir well to form the Cream-Gel. After the temperature has cooled to 100F/40C add phase E and stir again well. The viscosity can further be adjusted with GelMaker EMU.

Properties
Light textured Cream-Gel with UVA and UVB protection plus anti-oxidants such as vitamin c and vitamin E.  "Collagen Protector" protects actively from sun damage and skin aging, the liposomes of lacto-ceramide act as potent moisturizer.

  Method
Give hot distilled water and EDTA into a clean and disinfected glass beaker, sprinkle xanthan gum into it and stir with high speed. Add phase B to phase A and mix again. Prepare phase C in a separate glass beaker and stir to mix the ingredients, heat  to 150oF/66oC, stir slowly. Heat phase A/B to the same temperature. Then add phase C to phase A/B and stir well until the mixture is homogenous, remove from the heat and cool to 100oF/40oC. Finally, add phase D and stir again well.

Properties
This sunscreen lotion provides UVA and UVB protection. The active ingredients such as collagen protector and lacto-ceramide protect the collagen in the skin and protects actively from sun damage and skin aging.

  Method
Give hot distilled water and EDTA into a clean and disinfected glass beaker, sprinkle xanthan gum into it and stir with high speed. Add phase B to phase A and stir. Prepare phase C in a separate, heat resistant glass beaker and heat to 150oF/66oC. Stir well until the mixture is homogenous. Heat up also phase A/B to (maximum 150oF/66oC). Remove the two phases from the heat and add phase C to phase A/B. Mix thoroughly and cool it down to 100oF/40oC. Finally, add phase D and stir again.

Properties
This sunscreen lotion provides UVA and UVB protection, the amount of micronized titanium dioxide can be increased to get an even higher UV protection. Please check our sunscreen chart.

  Method
Give phase A into a clean, disinfected glass beaker. Heat phase A slowly to 150oF/66oC until all ingredients are melted and well dissolved. Prepare phase B in a separate glass beaker by adding the titanium dioxide slowly to the water phase and mixing very well, it takes some time to "wet" the powdery micronized titanium dioxide. Heat phase B to the same temperature as phase A. Add phase B slowly to phase A and mix well. Let it cool by gentle stirring. When below 100F/40oC mix it again with high speed.

Properties
This sunscreen lotion provides UVA and UVB protection, due to the water-in-oil emulsion it has water resistant properties. Collagen Protector protects actively from sun damages of the skin and skin aging while maintaining the skin's natural protein architecture. Allantoin has antiinflammatory properties.

  Method
This lotion can be processed at room temperature (no heating required). Give phase A into a clean and disinfected glass jar and stir until the ingredients are well dissolved. Prepare phase B in separate glass jar by sprinkling the xanthan gum into the water and stirring with high speed. Add then phase A to phase B and stir thoroughly. Add phase C to phase A/B and stir until the mixture is well mixed.

  Method
Give phase A into a clean and disinfected glass beaker and heat to 160F/71C. Add phase B to another disinfected glass beaker and heat to the same temperature, stir until the ingredients are melted. Add phase B to phase A and stir continuously until the cream is formed, remove from the heat. Add GelMaker EMU from phase C to phase A/B it will adjust the viscosity, stir very well while you add it, it has to be mixed well. After the temperature is below 100F/40C add the remaining ingredients of phase C and stir again well.
Properties
Sunscreen with UVB and UVA protection due to octocrylene/om-cinnamate (UVB) and avobenzone (UVA). Watermelon
extract protects skin cells (keratinxocytes & fibroblasts) against daily stress induced by UV light & free radicals, reduces the break-down of DNA in human skin cells. In vivo tests on humans have shown that watermelon extract protects the DNA up to 25% and reduces erythema after UV irradiation. Vitamin A has skin regenerating and bisabolol anti-inflammatory properties. SPF 18-25 (not exactly determined, needs testing)
