Method
Add phase A into a disinfected glass jar and dissolve the polyquaternium-10 powder. Then add phase B one by one to phase A and stir gentle between ingredients. Add phase C to phase A/B and stir again.

Properties
Shampoo that contains polyquaternium-10 as a conditioning ingredient and prevents fly-away hair. Grapeseed oil will slightly softening the hair.
