Method
Add phase A into a disinfected, heat-resistant glass beaker, starting with the sorbitol dissolving in the water. Then sprinkle the xanthan gum into the water/sorbitol mix and mix very well to avoid the formation of lumps. Add phase B into another heat resistant glass jar, stir. Heat both jars to 160F/71C until phase B is all melted, stir occasionally. Add phase B to phase A and mix well forming the creamy emulsion. Remove beakers from the heat source and keep stirring until 40C/100F. Then add phase C one by one and stir well after each addition. Package into jars or a pump dispenser.

Properties
Creamy and healthy skin cream for baby's sensitive skin, preserved with a mild preservative. Cream can also be used unpreserved for up to 5 days but only when stored in the refrigerator, packaged in a dispenser bottle and only for up to 5 days. Make only half of the batch if unpreserved.
