Description: High purity carbon black prepared by the “oil furnace” process. Manufactured by combustion of aromatic petroleum oil feedstock and consists essentially of pure carbon. Particle size 0.02-0.06 micrometer (mean size 0.04 micrometer). Fine black powder. Water in-soluble. Color index: 77266.

Use: It is allowed in all cosmetic products, US, Europe and Japan. External use only.

Applications: Mascaras, eyeliners, brush-on-brow, eye shadows, lipsticks, blushers & foundations.
