Description: Liquid ferment derived from the fermentation of vegetable feedstock. Contains enzymes such as hydrolases, de-esterases, reductiveases, and oxidases that provide bio-conversion of a wide range of malodorous substances. Saccharomyces ferment is rich in amines, mercaptans, esters, aldehydes, thiols and alcohols. Clear to slightly hazy liquid. ph 3-5. Water-soluble.
