Functional pearls that release the active ingredient into the emulsion or surfactant base upon rubbing into skin.
Benefits

Use
Add 1-10% to skin lotions, creams, cleansers and anti-aging formulations. Add at the end of the formulating process, at a low mixing speed. Formulations should have sufficient viscosity to keep the ActiCaps® VitE suspended. Use thickeners such as xanthan gum, cellulose gums or carbomer to keep ActiCaps® VitE suspended. In some cases surfactants, emulsifiers or solubilizes can break the ActiCaps® VitE, so testing will be necessary. For external use only.

Body lotions, face moisturizers, face serums, cleansers, scalp care, shower gels, hair shampoos.

Manufacture
The manufacturing of ActiCaps Vit E is carried out in three main steps. First, the ingredients are dissolved to prepare the core seed. Next, the coating is applied to the core. This is followed by a drying stage at 65°C . ​ Afterwards, the product undergoes sieving before being finalized through the packing process.
