The Astaxanthin 5% manufacturing process begins with Haematococcus pluvialis powder as the raw material, which is processed to break the cell walls and release the Astaxanthin.. The material is then extracted. Following separation, the extract is then refined to obtain purified oil. The refined extract is then blended with Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride to achieve the desired astaxanthin concentration and final formulation.
